Nexus 7 2013 Locked up can not turn on

2014年2月23日 — I am having trouble unlocking the bootloader on my Nexus 7. When I boot into fastboot I see the message LOCK STATE - LOCKED.

The device then takes a few moments to factory reset and unlock the bootloader. Once done, the lock state should now be unlocked. device-lock-status-for-nexus-7.
